Experience

LMFSYNERGY has over 22 years of Licensing and Contract experience with 15 of those being on the Microsoft side and 7 on the Customer side.  This includes experience with all contractual documents which include the Master Business and Service Agreement (“MBSA”), Enterprise Agreement (“EA”), “Enterprise Enrollments (Indirect & Direct), Server and Cloud Enrollments (Indirect & Direct), (SCE) Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) Product Use Rights (“PUR”) in addition to the Trust Center and an in depth knowledge of Azure.

Process Driven

LMFSYNERGY utilizes a step by step process that focuses on each agreement that makes up the Microsoft contract stack.   Each Agreement is reviewed and discussed with the Customer in terms of both previously granted concessions (where applicable) and possible net new concessions that may be required for various reasons by the Customer.  All contract scenarios are reviewed along with future considerations with the end result being a formal document presented to the Customer with specific asks of Microsoft for the go forward.  This serves as the negotiation platform which discussions will be initiated with Microsoft.
